    DAILY ROUTINE
    Daily Routine

    Habits:
    I wake up at …..

    I wake up at 7 o’clock in the morning. I check my facebook
    then I get up at 7:30. I wash my face then brush and floss
    my teeth. I take a shower at 7:45. I shave before I take my
    shower. I use deodorants every day. I get dressed at 8:00
    and I go downstairs to have breakfast. My mother makes
    eggs for breakfast. I make my own breakfast once or twice
    a week. I leave home at 8:15. I go to work by bus. I arrive at
    work at 8:30. I do the same things day in, day out. I take my
    lunch break in the early afternoon and I order junk food. I
    leave work at 5 o’clock in the afternoon. During the week, I
    stay in after work. In the evening, I watch movies and listen
    to music. At the weekends, I go shopping with my friends.
    On Sunday morning, I do the shopping then I have lunch at
    Ahmed’s.
    I usually wake up at 7 o’clock in the morning, then I check my
    facebook and I get up at 7:30. I always wash my face then brush
    and floss my teeth. I take a shower at 7:45. I always shave before I
    take a shower. Sometimes I take a bath in the morning but I
    usually take a shower. I use deodorants every day. I get dressed at
    8:00 and I go downstairs to have breakfast. My mother makes
    eggs for breakfast every morning. I make my own breakfast once
    or twice a week. I leave home at 8:15 sharp. I go to work by bus
    but sometimes I take the car. I almost always arrive at work at 8:30
    and I’m never late. I do the same things day in, day out. I take my
    lunch break in the early afternoon and I order junk food. I leave
    work at 5 o’clock in the afternoon. During the week, I usually stay
    in after work. In the evening, I often watch movies and listen to
    music. At the weekend, I go shopping with my friends. On Sunday
    morning, I always do the shopping then I have lunch at Ahmed’s.
    In the morning

    I always meet Ahmed in the morning but I meet Mona in the


    afternoon. In the evening, I stay in and watch movies.

    Early afternoon 12 to 2.
    Mid afternoon 2 to 4.
    Late afternoon 4 to 6.

    I always meet Ahmed at 10 o’clock in the morning.
