1. Registration Desk: near every mess, for a week before the event
2. Social Media: through whatsapp, telegram, broadcast mail

Action Items
We have followed up with the participants and we are beginning the below course Learn Gita in
6 days - Covering the essence in 6 sessions, i.e. 6 weeks.
And eventually we will proceed with Gita Study Circle - Reading shloka by shloka,
everything in depth.

Challenges Faced
The college administration delayed permission for the event. We ended up getting a small
empty hall instead of the big academic hall which we generally get. Arranging everything inside
the small hall with a small number of devotees in the team was particularly challenging.
