Drill Scenario
At approximately 10:50 hours, a worker at the SHURA HE03 VILLA 3008 area collapsed due to whole body weakness after working for an extended period of time outdoors, exposed to
direct sunlight. The area foreman promptly noticed the situation and immediately contacted the area site safety officer/first aider to report the incident. Additionally, the foreman contacted
Tiejun Male Nurse to apprise him of the situation.
Upon arrival, the first aider and other members of the emergency response team carefully shifted the victim to a cool shelter and loosened his clothing to alleviate any heat stress
symptoms. The Tiejun emergency coordinator was notified and contacted the Emergency Operation Centre (EOC), providing a clear statement that this was a Heat Stress Medical
Emergency Drill.
The Tiejun Medical Team and Ambulance were dispatched to the incident location to assess the victim's condition. The Tiejun Male Nurse conducted a thorough check of the victim's
condition and instructed the ERT to immediately shift the victim to the ambulance. The victim was then transported to the Tiejun site clinic for further assessment by the Tiejun Male
Nurse. If necessary, the victim would be sent to the ISOS Clinic for additional evaluation.
All parties involved in the response to this incident acted with professionalism and urgency to ensure the safety and well-being of the victim. The coordinated effort of all involved was
critical in managing this emergency situation effectively.
