Full Stack Developer - Job Description CWSSG
Job Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of
a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from
conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both
front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You
should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. Our company uses Scrum
Agile methodology, experience working under this framework is preferred.
Responsibilities
• Work with development teams and product owners to ideate software solutions
• Contribute to design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications following existing mockups
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with stakeholders and product owners to improve software
Requirements
Competences
• Work modality: Full-time remote job. 8 hours daily 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
• Compensation: The compensation is based on your skills and experience, so please let
us know what your compensation goal is, so we can send the application form with your
proposal to our client.
• Payment modality: The payment is in dollars. It's necessary that you be able to emit to
us a personal receipt or invoice for your professional services each month and to have an
available bank account or payment platform to receive the payment.
• Note: The work can be done in any city or country, except Venezuela, Iran, North Korea,
Cuba, Iraq or Russia.
Selection process:
2. First interview: Interview with the recruiter to discuss the details of the offer and the
candidate's experience.
3. Second interview: Interview with the company. The company evaluates the candidate's
knowledge and skills. (Technical interview)
4. Hiring process: sending the contract to the candidate selected by the company and
coordination of onboarding.
