Vanessa’s Challenge Question
Use the space below to write a few sentences answering this question: If you could
have any pet, what would it be? (try to use 5 expressions from this lesson)

Sample answer: Last week I visited my friend who just got a new kitten. Even though I
know very little about cats, the more I cuddled with her kitten, the more I wanted one. I
guess it’s only a matter of commitment because having a cat seems a lot more simple
than having a dog. I have always liked animals that mainly take care of themselves, and
who doesn’t want to curl up and read a good book with a cat on your lap?
