Dear Employee,

This is to inform you on the steps to complete your exit formalities with the company. The Full and
Final Settlement and relieving document (if eligible), will be released after you complete the below
mentioned steps (submission and clearance of all issued assets and financial dues, if any). Kindly ignore
this email if you have already completed the exit formalities.

How to complete your Exit Formalities?

STEP 1 – Complete the Exit Interview

 Exit interviews should be completed through the ‘Exit Interview’ section in your profile in
Success Factors (employee portal).

STEP 2 – Submit the Assets/Inventor

 In case you are in possession of company assets and inventory, please submit this to your
office along with your ID card.
 Alternatively, you can courier the assets to the Bangalore office. After couriering, share the
tracking details to recovery_employeeassets@byjus.com, with your employee id, name and
last working date.

Bangalore Office Address Team Employee Assets,

Tower C, 7th Floor,
IBC Knowledge Park,
Bannerghatta main road,
Opp to Jayanagara fire station,
Near Dairy circle,
Bangalore - 560029

 We recommend couriering the assets to your office address or the Bangalore office, however,
we can arrange for the assets to be picked up from your location. In this case, drop an email
to recovery_employeeassets@byjus.com requesting for a reverse pick up (RVP).

STEP 3 - Submission of bills

 If you have received any advance payments from the company, you are required to submit
the bills for the expenses incurred to your reporting manager.

When is clearance given for FnF and relieving documents?

Once you complete the above 4 steps successfully, your exit formalities will be considered as
‘complete’, following which clearance will be given by the respective departments, and the full and
final settlement will be processed in the upcoming slot. You are not required to complete any action
for this step.
All these formalities have to be completed at the earliest so that full and final settlement can be
processed hassle free within the 15th of the following month (for example, if your Last Working Date
is in November, you will receive your FnF within 15th December).
IMPORTANT NOTICE:

 Your Success Factors Employee Portal will be disabled soon. It is advised to download all your
payslips as soon as possible.
 Failing to submit the documents and assets will lead to delay in your full and final settlement.
 Please ensure that your attendance/leaves are up-to-date on the employee portal
(SuccessFactors), and any requests that are pending for approval are approved before your
last working date.
 If you are from the Sales department (BDA/BDT/PSA/ISA), please ensure that your attendance
is correct on the Achieve portal as well. All attendance disputes must be raised and approved
before your last working date.

For any queries, please write to separations@byjus.com.

Warm Regards,
