    This document provides installation instructions for an OP relay kit accessory in 3 steps: 1) Remove the U cover and specified wires from the PSDR board depending on if it is a 10K(L) or 20K(L) model. 2) Screw the OP relay board into position and connect wires between it and the PSDR board, with wire connections varying slightly between the 10K(L) and 20K(L) models. 3) Connect the CN1 port on the OP relay board to the CN15 port on the PSDR board using a 4-pin brown cable to complete the installation.

    Installation
    The installation will apply to 10K(L)/20K(L) models
    Step 1: Remove U cover by unscrewing all
    screws.

    Remove U cover

    Step 2: For 10K(L) model,remove two wires on For 20k(L) model, remove a brown wire.

    Step 3: For 10K(L) model, screw OP relay board For 20k(L) model, first lock a short brown wire to P1 point
    to the location beneath the PSDR board. of OP relay board and then screw a short blue wire to P3
    point of the board

    Screw the OP relay board to the location left the
    OP EMI board, need two M3 screws

    Step 4: For 10K(L) model, connect O/P L point Short Brown wire
    of PSDR board to P1 point of OP relay board with brown wire
    a short brown wire supplied in the package.
    Connect O/P N of PSDR board to P3 of OP relay
    board with a short blue wire and connect the
    blue wire which is removed in step 3 to P3 of the
    OP relay board. Refer to the right chart. Connect
    4-pin brown
    the brown wire which is removed in step 3 to P2

    Connect CN1 of OP relay board to CN15 of PSDR
    board with a 4-pin brown cable.

    For 20k(L) model, connect the short brown wire Long brown wire
    supplied in step 4 to I/P L point of OP EMI
    board .Connect O/P L point of PSDR board to P1
    point of OP relay board with a long brown wire
    supplied in the package. Connect P3 point of OP
    relay board to I/P N point of OP EMI board with
    a short blue wire supplied in Step 4. Connect
    4-pin brown
    CN1 of OP relay board to CN15 of PSDR board
    cable
    with a 4-pin brown cable.
