    AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING
    I, MARIANE D. NUÑEZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and a resident of
    Purok 1 Lumbo, Valencia City, Bukidnon, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
    with law do hereby dispose and say;

    1. That I am currently employed as Teacher I at Pangantucan National High School


    located at Poblacion, Pangantucan, Bukidnon;

    2. That I will be travelling to New Zealand on April 2023;

    3. That I am now have my class schedule/teaching load indicating it’s substitute


    teachers in Pangantucan National High School Department of Education-Division
    of Bukidnon, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon more particularly as follows;

    statement and for whatever legal purpose it may serve best.
