e) One contractor worker fell down from height and had head
and chest injury on 20th Feb 2016. He resumed his duties
with fitness from his M.O. on 2nd Sept 2016. Subsequently
the same injury aggravated for which he was again hospitalised
on 2nd Dec 2016. However, he died in hospital on 22nd Jan 2017
due to the complications.
