Accepting this license agreement by installing or using the software

in any way, you are deemed to have consented to the terms of this
contract.
In case you do not agree with the terms of the contract, please
return the complete software package without delay to your
supplier against reimbursement of the purchase price.
This is a legally valid contract between you and
Ericsson Enterprise AB as contracting parties.

Acquired Licenses
With the acquisition of this non-exclusive, non-transferable
software license you are entitled to use as many copies of the
software product as you have acquired licenses.
The number of copies used by you must correspond to the number
of acquired licenses. You have to use a suitable procedure to make
sure that the number of persons using the software simultaneously
(using means that the program has been started) does not exceed
the number of acquired licenses.

The software and its documentation are property of Ericsson or its
suppliers and are protected by copyright, international contracts
and national legal regulations against copying.
No parts of the documentation (manuals, user instructions, on-line
documentation) nor any other accompanying documents regarding
the software of this publication may be reproduced, stored in
retrieval systems, or transmitted in any form or by any means,
electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise,
without prior written permission of the publisher except in
accordance with the following terms.
If this publication is made available on Ericsson media, Ericsson
gives its consent to downloading and printing copies of the content
provided in this file only for private use and not for redistribution. No
parts of this publication may be subject to alteration, modification
or commercial use. Ericsson will not be liable for any damages
arising from use of an illegal modified or altered publication.
The software must neither be leased, sub-licensed, assigned or

Limitation of liability
Neither Ericsson nor its suppliers are liable for any damage deriving
from the use of this Ericsson software product or from the inability
to use this product. On no account can Ericsson be held
responsible for loss of data, financial loss or consequential

In any case the liability of Ericsson under any provisions of this
contract shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for this
software product.

Limited warranty
This section contains the entire warranty given by Ericsson with
respect to defects in media and licensed program(s) and are in lieu
of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose.
Ericsson warrants that the licensed program(s) will substantially
conform to the specifications in the documentation and that the
media on which the licensed program(s) are provided will be free
from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a
period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery.
Ericsson does not warrant that the licensed program(s) will function
error-free, without interruption or that they are compatible with all
equipment, program configurations or other software programs.
During the warranty period, Ericsson´s entire liability and the
Customer´s exclusive remedy shall be, at Ericsson´s option, either
to refund the fees paid, or to repair or replace the non-conforming
licensed program(s) or defective media, provided:
a The media and the licensed program(s) have been used
according to instructions by Ericsson under normal
conditions and not been subject to damage or abuse;
b The licensed program(s) have not been altered in any way;
c The Customer promptly notifies the Ericsson distributor of
the defective media or non-conforming licensed
program(s).
