In many cases, time consuming calls and call-back requests to Diagnostic Software Support (DSS) can be
avoided when ODIS Service - ODS error issues are self-resolved.
If an ODS error appears while starting or using ODIS Service, please refer to the table below for possible
self-help resolutions.
