RO-PB-29,0026.0/1/2023-STRG-RO PB/186394 dated 28.06.23, the following committee members are directed to report atthe selected depot on 01.07.2023 {F/N) for undertaking I-QPV work as per instructions issued on subject by FCI/HARS/Zonal Office. Apart from prescribed format as per HORS instructions and additional format is being supplied to submit the same which Clearly reflects the status of ISI-OPV. The teams should conduct ISL-APV within 1" week and submit the PV report (Hard and Soft copy of report) duly signed by all the team members to RO by hand by 07.07.2023 after getting it signed by the concerned Divisional Manager on prescribed proforma, after folowing the instructions for carrying out ISHAPV.
