Dear Parents,

Greetings in the name of youth! As we finally go back into conducting face-to-face events after the pandemic, where we missed lots of
fun, the Mapúa University Senior High School Student Council (MapúaSHSSC) invites all Senior High School students in
preparation for one of the exciting events of the last semester of the Academic Year 2022-2023. The Student Council will celebrate the
Senior High School Night on May 12, 2023 (Friday) at Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila, with Enchanted as its theme.

To make this initiative possible, we would like to inform you of the following dates:
● March 15, 2023 (Wednesday) to March 30, 2023 (Thursday)
○ slot reservation period
○ downpayment of Php 2,000.00
● April 3, 2023 (Monday) to April 16, 2023 (Sunday)
○ payment for remaining balance

Before starting the second installment, we will release the MS Forms for the last wave of payments on the MapúaSHSSC FB Page.
However, paying the full payment on the first installment period is highly encouraged, as the first 100 students who will pay in full will be
eligible to join the grand raffle during the event. All payments must be made on or before the due dates so we can officially secure our
bookings with Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila and determine the exact number of attendees.

Furthermore, the breakdown is as follows—the payment (Php 4,000.00) includes the following:

● Tarpaulin Photowall with School Logo ● Souvenir
● Lights & Sound System with Mood Lights ● Crowns and Sashes

● One (1) hour Bottomless Iced Tea ● Other Miscellaneous
