Start with 6' of 10 conductor cable

Endat end of Cable


1. Strip off 1" of cover
2. Aply heatshrink.
3. Strip (.125") and tin wires
4. Crimp and solder sockets
5. Insert sockets into the connector

TB end of cable
1. Strip off 3.25" of cover and remove foil, tin drain.
2. Apply .75" of .25" heat shrink at end of cover
3. Install cable tie at heat shrink, trim tie to 5/16" and install at pin 14 of TB
4. Cut wires to proper length, strip and install in 14 pin TB
5. Tighten all unused terminals
6. Install identifying sticker on TB
