PROJECTS
11/2019 – 01/2021
MS Project: Graphene based FeO/NiO MOF composites for Methanol Oxidation Reaction
The project presents research on novel bimetallic Ni/Fe MOF as catalyst of methanol oxidation reaction in
DMFC. The catalyst was synthesized using hydrothermal process. Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) was
incorporated in Ni/Fe MOF to enhanced its surface area and conductivity. Characterization of samples were
executed by SEM, XRD and FTIR to conclude surface morphology, crystallinity and functional groups present
in catalyst. Electrochemical studies were carried out using Cyclic Voltametry (CV), Electrochemical impedance
spectroscopy (EIS) and Chronoamperometry tests. The results show a promising outlook towards bimetalllic
MOF for further enhancements.
11/2016 – 12/2017
BE Project: Development plan of newly discovered offshore oil field.
A project in which a complete offshore filed analysis was performed including;
• Contour map, geological structure and area of the field to have volumetric analysis.
• From fluid analysis and reservoir properties identifying the fluid inside the rock.
• Planning of the wells to get the optimum rate of production.
• Transportation of the fluid to the onshore platforms for further processing.
• Economic analysis of the production taken from the wells and cost of each well with transportation of fluid.
