‫عل َى َس ِيّ ِدنَا‬ َ َ‫ َو َص ّ ِل الل َّ ُه ّم‬، ‫ين‬

َ ‫العال َِم‬ َ ‫ب‬ ّ ِ ‫لله َر‬ِ ‫ ال َْح ْم ُد‬، ‫الر ِحي ِم‬ َّ ‫الر ْح َم ِن‬ َّ ‫الله‬ ِ ‫ِب ْس ِم‬
‫حبْ ِل َو ْصل َِة ق ُْر ِب َك‬ َ ‫أسأل َُك ِب‬ ْ ‫ الل َّ ُه ّمَ ِإ ِن ّي‬. ‫ح ِب ِه َو َسلِ ّ ْم‬ ْ ‫عل َى آلِ ِه َو َص‬ َ ‫ح َّم ٍد الن ّ َ ِب ِ ّي اُأل ِ ّم ِ ّي َو‬

، ‫ب ِش ْر ِب َك ال َّ ِذي َم ْن ُس ِق َي ِمن ْ ُه بَل ََغ َما َر َجا‬ ِ ‫ َو َخالِ ِص ُش ْر‬، ‫جا‬ َ َ ‫ال َّ ِذي َم ْن تَ َعل َّ َق ِب ِه ن‬
، ‫جا‬َ ‫حى َواللَّيْ ِل ِإ َذا َس‬ َ ‫الض‬ُّ ‫ َوق َْولِ َك َو‬، ‫جا‬ َ ‫ح ُس ُن ِمن ّ َا ِإ ل َيْ ِه االل ْ ِت‬ ْ َ‫َو ِب ِس ِ ّر ِس ِ ّر َك ال َّ ِذي ي‬
bismi ’Allāhi ’arrahmān ’arrahīm, ’alhamdu lillāhi rabbi ’al‘ālamīn, wa salli ’allāhumma ‘alā sayyidinā
Muhammadin ’annabiyyi ’al’ummiyyi wa ‘alā ’ālihi wa sahbihi wa sallim, ’allāhūmma ’innī ’as’aluka bihabli
waslati qurbika ’alladhī man ta‘allaqa bihi najā, wa khālisi shurbi shirbika ’alladhī man suqiya minhu
balagha mā rajā, wa bisirri sirrika ’alladhī yahsunu minnā ’ilayhi ’aliltijā, wa qawlika wadduhā wallayli ’idhā
sajā,
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah the Cherisher and Sustainer of the
worlds. Prayers of Allah be upon sayyidinā Muhammad the unlettered prophet, his family and
companions altogether. O Allah I call on you by the robe of your nearness communication, for who ever
hanged himself to it got rescued. And by the pure drink of Your drink, whoever got a drink of it attains his
goal. (And) by the secret of Your secrets, the best harbour for us. And by Your statement: “By the glorious
Morning light, and by the night when it is still”
.
ُ ‫ح ُص ُل ِب ِه ك ََم‬
َ ‫ال ال ْجِ ال‬ ْ َ‫ ي‬،َ ‫الوال‬ِ ‫عل َى‬ َ ً ‫ ك َْشفا ً ُمتَ َرا ِدفا‬، َ ‫الوال‬
َ ‫ات‬ ِ ‫ام‬ َ ‫أن تَك ِْش َف لِي َع ْن َم َق‬ ْ
‫ادى ِس ِ ّري بَ ْع َد ك َْش ِف‬ َ َ ‫الخل َْو ِة َوال َْجل َْو ِة ِفي ال َْخال َ َوال َْمال َ َويُن‬
َ ‫جال َ َم َع ِإ ْد َرا ِك ِس ِ ّر‬ ْ ‫االس ِت‬
ْ ‫َو‬
، ‫َآلخ َر ُة َخي ْ ٌر ل ََك ِم َن اُألول َى‬ ِ ‫ َول‬، ‫ع َك َربُّ َك َو َما َقل َى‬ َ ‫ُض ِ ّري َما َو ّ َد‬
’an takshifa lī ‘an maqāmāti ’alwalā, kashfan mutarādifan ‘alā ’alwilā, yahsulu bihi kamālu ’aljilā walistijlā,
ma‘a ’idrāki sirri ’alkhalwati waljalwati fī ’alkhalā walmalā, wa yunādā sirrī ba‘da kashfi durrī mā
wadda‘aka rabbuka wa mā qalā, wa lal’ākhiratu khayrun laka min ’al’ūlā,
By all these I call on You to reveal for me the ranks of patroning and protection. A revealation that
accompanied with revealation and revealation, by which I can attain the complete and perfect
knoweldge, (also) revealation by which I can attain the secret of seclusion or being with people in the
dwelling areas or outside them. In which my secret calls, after all my problems been solved: “ Thy
quardian Lord Hath not forsaken thee, Nor is He displeased ”

‫يع ِميَا ِه‬ ّ ِ ‫ الل َّ ُه ّمَ َف‬، ‫أس َر َار َو ْصلِ ِه َوتَقْ ِري ِب ِه‬
َ ‫ج ْر يَنَا ِب‬ ِ ‫ َفيُ َش‬، ‫ح ِبي ِب ِه‬
ْ ‫اه ُد‬ َ ِ‫َفيَ ْس ِرى ِبكَلِ ّ ِه َوكُلِ ّ ِه ل‬
‫ف َوالل َّ َطاِئ ِف َما أ ْقن َ ُع‬ ِ ‫ َو َهبْ ِني ِم َن ال َْم َع ِار‬، ً ‫اء َو ْأرضا‬ ً ‫رار َك ِفي َقل ْ ِبي َو َص ِي ّ ْر ُه ل ََها َس َم‬ ِ ‫أس‬ ْ
، ‫ِب ِه َو ْأر َضى‬
fayasrī bikallihi wa kullihi lihabībih, fayushāhidu ’asrāra waslihi wa taqrībih, ’allāhumma fajjir yanābī‘a
miyāhi ’asrārika fī qalbī wa sayyirhu lahā samā’an wa ’ardā, wa habnī min ’alma‘ārifi wallatā’ifi mā ’aqna‘u
bihi wa ’ardā,
Then (my secret) travel during night by all of its merits and demerits to his beloved. And witness the
secrets of his communication and nearness. O Allah explode the springs of your secrets water in my heart

and make it (my heart), its sky and earth. And bestow on me from knowledges and subtles, what can
make me feel satisfied and contented,

َ ‫أس ِم ْع ِني ِخ َطابا ً أق َْد ِسيا ّ ً ِس ِ ّريا ّ ً ن َ ْف ِسيا ّ ً َول ََس ْو َف يُ ْع ِط‬
‫ َحتَّى أجِ َد بَ ْر َد‬، ‫يك َربُّ َك َفتَ ْر َضى‬ ْ ‫َو‬
، ‫ َوي َ ْسك َُن ل َُه َجْأ ِشي َول ُِبّي‬، ‫ًعل َى َقل ْ ِبي‬ َ ‫َذلِ َك ن َ ِازال‬
wa ’asmi‘nī khitāban ’aqdasiyyan sirriyyan nafsiyyan wa lasawfa yu‘tīka rabbuka fatardā, hattā ’ajida
barda dhālika nāzilan ‘alā qalbī, wa yaskuna lahu ja’shī wa lubbī,
Let me hear from your side and in me soul a holy secret call: “And so on will Thy Guardian Lord give thee
(that where with) thou shalt be well-pleased ”. Untill I find the coolness of that, falls into my heart, and
make my mind and feeling cool down and feel quiet.
‫اج َعل ْ ِني‬ْ ‫ َو‬، ‫يع َح ِمي ٍد‬ ٍ ‫ َو ِح ْص ٍن َم ِن‬، ‫آوى ِإ ل َى ُرك ٍْن َش ِدي ٍد‬
ٍ ‫يع َر ِف‬ َ ‫اج َعل ْ ِني ِم َّم ْن‬ ْ َ‫الل َّ ُه ّم‬
‫رار ال َْمثَا ِني ِألف َْه َم‬
َ ‫أس‬ْ ‫ع ِل ّ ْم ِني‬
َ ‫ َو‬، ‫ َو َف ِ ّه ْم ِني ال َْمبَا ِني‬، ‫يم ال ُْم َعا ِنيـ‬
َ ‫ ن َ ِد‬، ‫يم ال َْم َعا ِنيـ‬ َ ‫ي َ ِت‬
، ‫آوى‬ َ ‫ِس َّر ق َْولِ َك ال َّ ِذي ي ُ ْس ِك ُر الن ّ ََش‬
َ ‫اوى أل َْم يَجِ ْد َك ي َ ِتيما ً َف‬
’allāhumma ’ij‘alnī mimman ’āwā ’ilā ruknin shadīd, wa hisnin manī‘in rafī‘in hamīd, waj‘alnī yatīm
’alma‘ānī, nadīm ’almu‘ānī, wa fahhimniya ’almabānī, wa ‘allimnī ’asrār ’almathānī, li’afhama sirrā qawlika
’alladhī yuskiru ’annashāwā ’alam yajidka yatīman fa’āwā,
O Allah make me from those who were under strong shelter and strong supreme protection. Make me of
a very unique knowledge, a companion of those of love. Let me understand the structures, teach me the
secrets of ’almathānī (sūrat ’alfātihah) so I can understand your statement that made the lover, feel
drunk: “Did he not find thee An orphan and give thee shelter (and care)”.

ْ ‫ َوأ‬، ‫ ِفي ق َْو ِل َك َو َو َج َد َك َضاال ّ ً َف َه َدى‬، ‫االه ِت َدا‬

‫غ ِن ِني ِب ِغنَا َك‬ ْ ‫أه ُل‬ ْ ‫ار ِب َها‬ َ ‫َو ِب ِس ِ ّر َحيْ َر ٍة َح‬
َ ‫الساِئ َل َفال‬
َّ ‫أما‬ َ ‫أما اليَ ِت‬
َّ ‫ َو‬، ‫يم َفال َ تَ ْق َه ْر‬ َّ ‫ َف‬، ‫غنَى‬ ْ ‫عاِئال ً َفأ‬
َ ‫ح ّق ََق ِفي ِس ِ ّر ق َْولِ َك َو َو َج َد َك‬ َ َ‫ِألت‬
‫اب َما ِن ٍع‬ٍ ‫ج‬ َ ‫َاشفا ً ِستْ َر ِح‬ ِ ‫ ك‬، ‫اج َعل ْ ِني َط ِريقا ً ُم َو ِ ّصال ً ي َ ْهتَ ِدي ِبي ك ُُّل َساِئ ٍل‬ ْ َ‫ الل َّ ُه ّم‬، ‫تَن ْ َه ْر‬
، ‫الش ُهو ِد َو َحاِئ ٍل‬ ُّ ‫ع ِن‬ َ
wa bisirri hayratin hāra bihā ’ahlu ’alihtidā, fī qawlika wa wajadaka dāllan fahadā, wa ’aghninī bighināka
li’atahaqqaqa fī sirri qawlika wa wajadaka ‘ā’ilan fa’aghnā, fa’ammā ’alyatīma falā taqhar, wa ’ammā
’assā’ila falā tanhar, ’allāhumma ’ij‘alnī tarīqan muwassilan yahtadī bī kullu sā’il, kāshifan sitra hijābin
māni‘in ‘anishshuhūdi wa hā’il,

(and) by the secret of a perplexity that embarrassed those guided, in your saying: “And he found thee in
need, and made thee independent. Therefore treat not the orphan with harshness, nor repulse the
petitioner (un heard)”. O Allah make me a road that leads to You, by me guide, whoever looks for
guidance. Make me a revealer of all covers that prohibits and stops the witnesses,

‫أم َر َك‬
ْ ‫امتَثَ َل‬ َ ‫ َوأك‬، ‫ح ِ ّد ٍث‬
ْ ‫ُون ِم َّم ْن‬ َ ‫أش َه َد ِس َوا َك ِم ْن ُم‬ ْ َ ‫ َفال‬، ‫حا ِد ِثي‬ ّ ِ ‫َوك ُْن ِفي‬
َ ‫الس ِ ّر ُم‬
‫اب‬ ِ َ‫حى َو ِبب‬ ُّ ‫ور ِة‬
َ ‫الض‬ ْ ‫ الل َّ ُه ّمَ ِإ ِن ّي‬، ‫ث‬
َ ‫أسأل َُك ِب ُس‬ ْ ‫ح ِ ّد‬َ ‫أما ِب ِن ْع َم ِة َر ِبّ َك َف‬
َّ ‫ِفي ق َْولِ َك َو‬

 َ ‫عل ََّي ِبيَ َق َظ ِة الفَُؤ ا ِد ِألك‬
‫ُون‬ َ ‫أن تَ ُم َّن‬
ْ ، ‫حى‬َ ‫لض‬ ُّ ِ‫ون ل‬ َ ُّ ‫حى ال َّ ِذي ال َ ي َ ْد ُخل ُُه ِإ ال َّ ال ُْم َصل‬ َ ‫الض‬
ُّ
، ‫حى‬ ُ ‫ َو ِفي ُو ُجو ِد َح ِبي ِب ِه ُو ُج‬، ‫حا‬
َ ‫ود ُه ان ْ َم‬ َ ‫ِم َّم ْن َص‬
wa kun fissirri muhādithī, falā ’ashhada siwāka min muhaddith, wa ’akūna mimman ’imtathla ’amraka fī
qawlika wa ’ammā bini‘mati rabbika fahaddith, ’allāhumma ’innī ’as’aluka bisūrati ’adduhā wa bibābi
’adduhā ’alladhī lā yadkhuluhu ’illā ’almusallūna lidduhā, ’an tamunna ‘alayya biyaqazati ’alfu’ādi li’akūna
mimman sahā, wa fī wujūdi habībihi wujūduhu ’inmahā,
Talk to me in secret (in my heart) so I can see (witness) not any one but You the only speaker to me. Make
me from those who accepted your instruction in your statement: “But the bounty of Thy lord rehearse
and proclaim”. O Allah I call on You by sūrat ’Ad-Duhā (The glorious morning light) and gate of ’Ad-Duhā
that will not be intered by any one except those who prays ’Ad-Duhā prayer. And grace me by heart
awakeness, so I can be from those awakened. And erased their existance, in the presence of their lover
existance,

‫ َوال َق َم ِر ِإ َذا‬، ‫اها‬

َ ‫ح‬ َ ‫الش ْم ِس َو ُض‬ َّ ‫ َو ِب‬، ‫حى َو َصال َّ َها‬ ُّ ‫الل َّ ُه ّمَ ِإ ِن ّى أتَ َش ّف َُع ِعن ْ َد َك ِب َم ْن َس َّن‬
َ ‫الض‬
‫اها‬َ ‫عيْ ِن ال َقل ِْب ِغ َط‬ َ ‫ع ْن‬ َ ‫أن تَ ْر َف َع‬ ْ ، ‫اها‬ َ ‫ َواللَّي ْ ِل ِإ َذا يَ ْغ َش‬، ‫تَال َ َها َوالن ّ ََه ِار ِإ َذا َجال َّ َها‬
، ‫ َوتُ ْد ِر َك َذلِ َك ك َْشفا ً َوِإ ي َقانا ً يَا الله‬، ً ‫عل َي ْ ِه ِعيَانا‬ ‫َأل‬
َ ‫عل َى َما ِه َي‬ َ َ ‫ لِتَ ْش َه َد ا ْشي‬، ‫اها‬
َ ‫اء‬ َ ‫َو ِغ َش‬
، ‫ يَا الله‬، ‫يَا الله‬
’allāhumma ’innī ’atashaffa‘u ‘indaka biman sanna ’adduhā wa sallāhā, wa bishshamsi wa duhāhā,
walqamari ’idhā talāhā, wannahāri ’idhā jallāhā, wallayli ’idhā yaghshāhā, ’an tarfa‘a ‘an ‘ayni ’alqalbi
ghitāhā wa ghishāhā, litashhada ’al’ashyā’a ‘alā mā hiya ‘alayhi ‘iyānā, wa tudrika dhālika kashfan wa
’īqānan yā ’Allāh, yā ’Allāh, yā ’Allāh,

O Allah I interceed to You by the one who initiated ’Ad-Duhā prayer, and practised it. By the sun and its
(glorious) splendour. By the moon as it follows (the sun). By the day as it shows up (the sun's glory). By
the night as it conceals it. I call on You by all these, so as to remove the cover from the eye of the heart.
So it can see things clearly and (as they are in their real forms). And understand all that, by true faith and
by witnessing. O Allah, O Allah, O Allah.
‫عل َى‬ َ ‫ َو‬، ‫عبْ ِد ِه َما ْأو َحى‬ َ ‫أو َحى ِإ ل َى‬ ْ ‫عل َي ْ ِه َف‬ َ ‫عل َى َس ِيّ ِدنَا ُم‬
َ ‫ح َّم ٍد ال ُْمن ْ َز ِل‬ ُ ‫َو َصلَّى‬
َ ‫الله‬
‫ان ِإ ل َى‬ ِ ‫ين َوتَا ِب ِع‬
ٍ ‫يه ْم ِبِإ ْح َس‬ ‫على التَّا ِب ِع َـ‬ َ ‫ َو‬، ‫حى‬ َ ‫الض‬ُّ ‫ح ِب ِه َما َصلَّى ُم َص ّ ٍل َصال َ َة‬ ْ ‫آلِ ِه َو َص‬
. ‫ين‬‫العال َِم َـ‬
َ ‫ب‬ ِ ‫ين َوال َْح ْم ُد‬
ّ ِ ‫لله َر‬ ّ ِ ‫ي َ ْو ِم‬
ِ ‫الد‬
wa sallā ’Allāhu ‘alā sayyidinā Muhammadin ’almunzali ‘alayhi fa’awhā ’ilā ‘abdihi mā ’awhā, wa ‘alā ’ālihi
wa sahbihi mā sallā musallin salāt ’adduhā, wa ‘alā ’attābi‘īna wa tābi‘īhim bi’ihsānin ’ilā yawmi ’addīn
walhamdu lillāhi rabbi ’al‘ālamīn.

Allah prayers be upon sayyidinā Muhammad to whom came the revelation: “so did (Allah) convey the
inspiration to his servant (convyed) what he (meant) to convey”. His family and companions, as long as
any worshipper prayed ’Ad-Duhā prayer. Also Allah prayers upon the followers and those follow them by
doing good, till the day of religion. And praise be to Allah the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds.
