Work takes on greater importance in a society where people believe that they

can master the material world and shape their own destinies, and less where

they can not. Aside from salary, there are many factors that an employee can

gain through work.

One of them is professionalism which encompasses the way you carry yourself,

your attitude, and the ways you communicate with others. As an employee, it can

help us ensure a positive first impression, successful interpersonal relationships,

and a lasting reputation among our colleagues that we can apply in any work

environment

Also, Work experience provides an important opportunity to grow personally. It

gives as greater awareness of your chosen area, and you will become more self-

disciplined and self-confident.

2. Contractualization known as Endo may define as the scheme of continuously

employing workers for a fixed period specifically 6 months and replacing these

workers again upon expiration of the contract with other workers on the same

employment duration is prevalent in manufacturing, wholesale, and retail trade

areas.

I do believe that it is time to end the contractualization. Because Contractual

workers are the most vulnerable because they have no unions, they are

unorganized and have no collective bargaining agreement with principal business

owners. They are easily dismissed without due process and most of them dont

receive separation pay and benefits. Mostly our government officials sometimes

forget that the majority of the workers are already exploited, to begin with, given
the low minimum wages, and violations of trade union rights. I believe that only

the entrepreneurs are gaining not the employees.

3. There is a lot of confusion about sales training and how it would help sales

professionals. With so much confusion about this topic, it’s no wonder why a lot

of salespeople simply ignore considering that it is an important aspect in

business. This is because many people do not know what actually sales training

is. We may define sales training as a process of providing the sales team with

certain skills for performing their task better and helping them to correct their

lackings in their sales performance.

Sales Training is very essential for sales. It is really important for achieving sales

success. When a sales individual is in front of a potential customer, being

prepared with product/service knowledge, quotation and a great presentation can

make all the difference. This is why the sales training process is an important

part of the world of sales. The better trained a salesperson is, the better he would

be able to perform in the field.
