A. Review/Recall *Call for an opening prayer.

Activity-Game (AGREE - DISAGREE)
1. Divide the room into two (2) areas then place the AGREE and DISAGREE
cue cards.
2. Teacher will read the statements.
3. Students will listen to each statement and decide on whether they
AGREE or DISAGREE.
4. Students must rush to which side or line that best describe their
opinion.
*Arts/humanities majors usually are unemployable after college.
*Selecting what’s “hot” course at the moment is safe.
*Career assessments/ counselors will not be of any use for me.
*If X is happy in a particular field, I will be happy too.
*If I wait long enough, luck will eventually bring me to the right career.
D. Discussion of new concepts & practicing The teacher will explain the facts of the concepts and perspective of the
new skills #1 statements from AREE or DISAGREE activity.

formative assessment) Group students into four (4). Each group will answer “who or what are

The teacher will only count 10 then let students paste their work on the
board after the count. Each group will select a reporter for their output.
G. Application Game: Paint me a picture.
(5min) Group the students into three. Each group must have representative to
get the message that would be acted/painted as a picture. The teacher
will only count five and will say FREEZE.

H. Generalization/Abstraction Remember that it is important to go to college or vocational school.
(1 min.) Student who go to college or vocational school can get better jobs than
