The codings and adjustments listed here are from various sources and mostly tested on a vehicle or found and documented by yourself. This
document does not claim to be correct. All changes are therefore made at your own risk.
It is recommended to create a full auto scan and adaptation channel maps (“AdpMap”) of all control units that are to be adapted before making
the changes.
Start VCDS > Applications > Control unit image > Address "XX", access authorization "YYYYY", function "Adaptation", format "CSV file" > Start The access

For this function, the software version of the all-wheel drive control unit should be at least 7083. It may be necessary to update this to a compatible version
beforehand.

After completing the coding, the infotainment must be restarted via the reset (hold the power button for 10 seconds).
The colors are given in RGB coding. If a color is set to {R:0, G:0, B:0}, the color will not be displayed. The first three channel blocks act for the
infotainment and the AID, the second three blocks for the LED ambience strips, which are controlled via the LIN bus. After completing the
coding, the infotainment must be restarted via the reset (hold the power button for 10 seconds).
Note: The colors are usually reproduced 1:1 in Infotainment and AID. Slight adjustments to the LIN colors may be necessary, since the colors
may differ there due to the different luminosity of the LEDs.

"Early" > Brake releases quickly and with little gas (hardly or not at all perceptible, no jerk)
"Normal" > Factory setting (jerk noticeable)
"Late" > Brake releases late and only with a relatively large amount of gas (strong jerk)
The factory setting "Normal" can be particularly annoying when manoeuvring, as you have to accelerate a little more before the brakes release. This can also
be critical, especially in tight parking spaces, because the car jumps forward. The "Early" setting is ideal if you want to use Auto Hold!
STG 03 > Adaptation > "Auto Hold Health" channel > Adjust value

If the vehicle does not have a coming home/leaving home, this can be emulated using the interior light function. To do this, the light function must be
assigned to the corresponding lights. Attention: The lights can deviate, here using the example of a Golf 7.

Like the ambient lighting, the light is only active with the side lights and low beam. The last adaptation allows the light to be used in daytime running lights as well.
The disadvantage here is that both the rear lights and the interior lighting (buttons, etc.) are permanently active.
