Tujuan Project Manager bersama tim dapat menggunakan Checklist ini untuk
penggunaan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan Quality Assurance (QA).

1 Is there a Quality Assurance Plan for the development effort? Items to
include:
 Defined roles and responsibilities for QA
 Standards, conventions, and processes for use in development of the
product
 QA role in preparing and reviewing the project’s development plan,
standards, and procedures
 Measures for tracking project progress and product quality
 Process reviews for examining the conformance of software/hardware
development activities to the plan
 Functional configuration audit, to ensure delivered product match
requirements
 Physical configuration audit, to ensure all deliverables are consistent and
ready for delivery at the end of the project
 In-process audits, to ensure consistency between work products of the
different phases of the project life cycle
 Plan for testing of the product
 Process described for handling defects discovered during product
development
2 Are adequate resources and funding provided for performing the activities?
3 Are members of the QA group trained to perform their QA activities?
4 Is the project performing QA activities according to the plan?
5 Are deviations from the project’s plan being communicated to the project?
6 Are deviations from its plan being effectively addressed by the project?
7 Is management being notified of deviations that are not being addressed?
8 Are periodic reports of QA activities provided to the project?
9 Are measures of QA status gathered and reported?
10 Do project QA personnel review the supplier QA activities on a regular basis?
11 Is there some group who periodically reviews the activities and work products
of the QA group?
