Problem- 1: Declining due to Production Bottleneck
The firm should only be taking orders that are realistic to perform and to fulfil in time as a
solution to the problem of the company regarding the production bottleneck and the work
pile up and run out in its operations system. The business may then concentrate on the
project and the client's unique requirements. Accepting manageable orders from customers
would also free up the company's production line to concentrate on product quality while
taking the client's time requirements into account. Because each employee has a specific
task to do that is sufficient for the time and resources available to them, this would
minimise the amount of idle time that employees experience.
Problem- 2: Machines and Manpower
The answer is to divide the production line into two divisions, one of which would oversee
processing new orders from clients and the other of reworking and redesigning projects that
had already been started or completed. This would boost productivity, quality, and product
delivery. Less staff would be sent to the division in charge of revising and redesigning
already completed items, while more staff would be assigned to the division in charge of
processing new orders. Dividing the manufacturing line into two divisions will be beneficial
as the tasks will be done at the same time. Because employees would be more concentrated
while doing their duties, the firm would benefit because the quality of the products,
increased production, and on-time delivery of goods to customers would all be guaranteed.
Problem- 3: Maintaining the Quality Standards – Return Rate is increased
Dividing the tasks between the employees and managing their own work would help in
greatly increasing the quality of the product as now the employees would be more focused
on a single task on hand. A proper quality inspector should be hired who carries out strict
inspection by keeping in touch with the ever-changing customer orders. This would help the
inspector to gain more knowledge about the product thus inspecting it more strictly leading
to a better quality of the product. Also, lastly proper training should be provided to newly
recruited eight employees and their skills should be polished and enhanced so that when
they are prepared they can manage their jobs efficiently and improve the overall efficiency
of the company resulting in better quality of the products and in time deliveries which will
ultimately lead to more sales and more profit for the company reviving their brand image .
