Automatic Unloading System

This document provides instructions for operating an automatic unloading system (AUS). It describes the initial settings, start-up process, and ending operations. The key steps are: 1) Configure initial selector settings such as setting pumps and valves to specific positions. 2) Gradually increase the discharge valve loader and start the cargo oil pump at minimum speed to begin discharging from the cargo tank into the separator tank. 3) Stabilize the discharge by increasing the pump speed until the desired capacity is reached and setting automatic controls. 4) At the end of discharge, the separator level drops below 6% while vacuum pumps extract gas for over 3 minutes before ending the operation by setting pumps and valves

1. Set selector AFTER AUS FINISH to COP RUN
position.

2. Set selector AUTO FINISH to OFF position.

3. Set selector GEV to CLOSE position.

4. Set selector REC. VLV to CLOSE position.

5. Set No.1 VP & No.2 VP to STOP position.

6. Set DISCH. VLV to MANUAL position.

7. Set DISCH. VLV loader to full CLOSE position
