Equipped with high pressure nitrogen pump, vaporizer system and all instruments and control switches
as required by site, the PNS-180K nitrogen pump skid is used to supply normal temperatue high pressure
nitrogen gas for oilfield downhole operations. It is a cryogenic unit that pumps extremely cold liquid
nitrogen (-196°C, -320°F) and converts it to a usable gas (Max. 60°C, 140°F). A heat recovery system raises
the temperature of the liquid nitrogen to 15 ºC~40ºC changing it to a gas at the vaporizer pot.

The SJS nitrogen pump and vaporizer system consist of the following components:
• A diesel engine that provides power for the hydraulic pumps.
• Hydraulic pumps and motors that hydraulically transfer the power by the engine to other system components.
• A centrifugal boost pump.
• A high-pressure triplex pump.
• A water bath type vaporizer pot.

The unit is designed for storing cryogenic liquid(liquid nitrogen), and made, tested and approved
according to 《cryo heat insulation and pressure vessel》 and 《rules of cryogenic liquid storing and
transporting》. Storage tank uses vacuum and multi-layers for heat insulation. The inner vessel is made of
0Cr18Ni9, and outer vessel material is 16MnR.
Gauges, valves and safety accessories are mounted at tank side and convenient for management and use.

ACID MIXING SKID

Model AMS-100 Acid Mixing Skid developed by SJS Ltd. Company is the most advance, accurate computer
controlled acid mixng system available. Various kinds of liquid additives, dry additives and acid liquids
can accurately mix and boost fluids to high-pressure plunger pumps. Its successful acidizing applications
in oilfields have proved it an ideal choice.
The acid mixing skid permits monitoring and automatic control of tub level. Hydraulic driven components

This product is mainly used for continuous mixing and batch mixing of water, dry bulk cement and
additives to prepare a cement slurry with a certain density and a certain discharge rate to satisfy the needs
of various special processes related to cementing operation in oilfields.
This product is a skid-mounted cement slurry mixing unit. It is powered by one CAT C9 engine and
one FUNK transfer case to drive three hydraulic pumps to provide power for two agitators and two 6x5
centrifugal pumps. All operations are centralized on the control console on an operation platform for ease
of operation. To guarantee the mixing quality, this unit is designed for mixing by agitators and recirculation
by centrifugal pumps.
