Responsibilities:
 Skilled in coordination, implementation and maintaining Health Safety and

Environmental (HSE) activities.
 Supporter of the lead HSE to implement project HSE programs & initiatives
 Informing in writing to the HSE Manager on completion of the provision of necessary
HSE equipment and fire preventive measures has been taken on board.
 Inspects and ensures safety measure have been taken on board.
 Endorsing the various Permit-To-Work authorised by the company.
 Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of project work and activities to
ensure compliance with Government legislations and company's regulations and
maintaining the documentation record
 Participating in investigation of incidents, accidents as a team leader and analysing
the root causes and recommending corrective measures.
 Capable to perform the fire fighting and rescue operations when required.
 Coordinating to the HSE Lead for Plans, controls and preparing the work schedules,
manpower distribution and tasks.
 Skilled in conducting the fire drills, emergency evacuation drills
HSE Engineer
 Skilled in Coordinating and supporting to the Company / Project Gate Deliverables as

per Project Plan
 Ability in Developing of the information required to support and provide the basis for
Regulatory Compliance during for the H&S/Technical Safety aspects covering:
 Helping in Technical information to support dialogue with Regulators and Authorities
for the company reputation
 Always seeking for Additional Technical / safety Studies to make safe working
environment
 Implementing the Overall HSE procedures and plans to meet the company and
Regulatory Compliances
 Coordinating for the HS&E/Technical Safety advice to internal company departments
and technical disciplines
 Performing the role in Risk Assessments for the Project and different activities as a
team leader
 Skilled in fully compliance and Adherence to the Company’s Health, Safety &
Environment policies, procedures, and standards.
 HSE Management Systems - Development and Implementation
 UK Regulations, Standards, Codes and Best Industry Practice
 Hazards & Risk Management – analysis / assessment, development of engineering /
procedural controls & protection.
Prepare EHS management system & its implementation
 Conduct various trainings, awareness sessions, safety moments and toolbox talks to
site employees & management staff.
 Monitor all type of high-risk activities i.e. (Lifting, chemical handling, working at
height, Confined space, Electrical panel installations, Excavation, Masonry Work, Hot
Jobs etc.
 Develop & effective implementation of Work Permit System (WPS).
 Develop & implement Safe operating procedures, Safety plans i.e. (Hazard
Identification Plan, Contractor Site Safety Plan, Emergency Response Plan,
Environmental Management Plan, Food Safety Management Plan etc) & Safety
policies.
 Conduct Risk Assessment & Hazard Analysis.
 Involved in Accident investigation & lead as an Incident commander.
 Report & manage all type of recordable injuries & suggest better control measures
for prevention.
 Conduct onsite Inspections, walkthroughs & Audits & guide Project manager for
rectification of deficiencies.
 Monitoring overall waste management system from origin to disposal in compliance
of environmental standards.
 Periodically conduct safety drills i.e. (evacuation drill, fire drill, working at height
drills, confined space drills, Heat Stress Rescue Drills etc.) as per schedule to prepare
workers for emergencies.
 Conduct safety campaigns i.e., heat stress, housekeeping, Driving Safety etc
 Develop training matrix as per the employee trades & client requirement.
 Conduct various trainings as per approved training matrix i.e., working at Height,
Heavy Equipment operator’s trainings, Drivers Safety, Heat stress, Hazardous
material communication, Risk Assessment, Work Permit Receiver & Issuer,
Excavation/Trench Safety, Welding Safety, Near Miss Reporting, Accident
Investigation, Emergency Response, Whole watchman, Fire Watchman, Lockout /
Tagout & Use of Hold Tags, Electrical Safety, Confined Space Entry, Flagman.
 Prepare training cards and update training record & prepare statistic report for client
submission.
 Assist external audit team during verification of training record.
 Deliver safety moment in weekly construction meeting.
 Prepare & conduct toolbox talks on weekly basis and monitor safety officers
conducting TBTs on daily basis.
 Conduct orientation on daily basis & maintain record for audit.
 Periodically site visit for checking workers behaviour towards safety to deliver
trainings more effectively.
 Participate & arrange Safety Meetings with client and prepare Minutes of Meeting
(MOM).
 Assist HSE Supervisors, Officers, and Engineers during high-risk activities.
Senior HSE Engineer
 Carrying out Projects LEAD HSE role, ensuring all HSE targets, safe installation of
wind turbines and other projects construction & installation works to be done
according to HSE regulations.
 Develop HSE Plan, Hazard Identification Plan, Emergency Response Plan,
Environmental Management Plan, Work Permit System etc and ensure its effective
implementation.
 Close coordination with management and convince them in arranging necessary
resources.
 Set company goals and objective and work as a team to achieve them in due time.
 Provide HSE knowledge and guidance to site management, engineers, and
workers/technicians alike, safe work practices, plan HSE drills / operation and
monitor the day-to-day safety concerns of each project, this may also include
incident investigation and detailed reporting to site and department at a higher
level.
 Closely work with the other sub-contractors and Turbine vendor teams and share
workloads when required.
 Monitoring and review of safety documentation from pre-site investigation works
and installation safety inductions.
 Register and review of safety information from observation, near miss and hazards.
 Revision of HSE procedures applicable for Environmental Base Regulations. Advisor
for management in HSE matters. HSE trainings for site staff. Arrange weekly HSE
meetings. HSE reporting internally and to Client. Daily follow up of site construction
progress. Input to engineering in planning of work. Revision of HSE procedures.
HSE Incharge
 Ensure appropriate permit is issued and valid prior to commencing activity.

 Carrying out Working Site and Camp Site and other required inspections and
reporting the issues to Project Manager for corrective actions of inspection open
items.
 Prepare JSA and risk assessment with team and monitor PTW and LOTO program is
implemented on the working Site.
 Maintain Lifting gears register, near miss tracking system, Accident/incident tracking
system, Drills Tracking System, PTW and LOTO system.
 Also, responsible to supervise following work to comply with the govt of Pakistan
environmental regulations i.e.
 Collection, handling, transportation, and disposal / treatment of solid
& liquid waste.
 Conduct periodic visits of waste disposal and treatment sites.
 Ensure the janitors or personnel handling waste are trained & well
familiar with the hazards.
 Ensure the waste is collected in systematic manner (colour coded
containers placed & labelled).
 Ensure emission tests of vehicle and equipment’s conducted on
quarterly basis.
 Ensure black & grey water treated and results are under limits prior to
disposal.
 Conduct awareness sessions to reduce the waste generation.
 Emphasize workers, camp staff and management to follow 3 R
concept.
