Job Description: React Developer Intern at CitJo

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented React Developer Intern to join our team CitJo and

assist in building the website and Admin Panel for our exciting new product. As a React

Developer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a real-world project, gaining hands-on

experience in web development using cutting-edge technologies like AWS EC2 server and

Amplify and also the application of AI.

Responsibilities:

1. Website Development: Collaborate with the development team to design and implement
the front-end of the website using React.js, integration of the backend APIs. You will be
responsible for creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces that deliver a seamless user
experience.
2. UI/UX Implementation: Work closely with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes
and mockups into fully functional web pages. Ensure that the website adheres to design
guidelines, accessibility standards, and best practices.
3. Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Continuously optimize
and refactor existing codebase to improve performance and scalability.
4. Integration: Integrate back-end APIs and services into the front-end application.
Collaborate with back-end developers to ensure smooth data flow and seamless
functionality.
5. Testing and Bug Fixing: Conduct thorough testing of the website to identify and fix any
bugs or issues. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and address any responsive design
challenges.
6. Documentation: Document the development process, code structure, and any relevant
technical information. Maintain clear and organized documentation for future reference.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the development team and actively participate in team
meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions. Contribute ideas and insights to
improve the overall development process.
8. Learning and Growth: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in
front-end development and React.js. Proactively seek opportunities to expand your skills
and knowledge in web development.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in React.js: Strong understanding of React.js fundamentals, including

components, state management, and lifecycle methods. Prior experience working on
React projects is a plus.
2. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML5,
CSS3, and JavaScript. Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., webpack, npm)
is desirable.
3. Responsive Design: Knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques to create
websites that adapt seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.
4. Version Control: Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and understanding
of collaborative development workflows.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and solve technical challenges independently or
collaboratively with the team.
6. Eagerness to Learn: Passion for web development and a willingness to learn and grow as
a developer.
7. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to
