1.Overview
HAMCB (Logic Control Board) as the core of the elevator control system and uses serial
communication system of high reliability to closely connect all parts of the elevator. The drive
part adopts the high-precision vector frequency transformation technology which makes the
elevator run more stably and comfortably; besides, the smooth and compact appearance is
visually striking.
In the HAMCB, there are four module subsystems, namely:
OCSS (Operation Control Subsystem)
MCSS (Movement Control Subsystem)
DCSS (Door Control Subsystem)
DBSS (Drive and Brake Subsystem)
Well Signal
The following is the HS-EVC control system’s basic diagram and signal flow graph.
Attention: when testing the insulation resistance, make sure to pull out the plug on
the electronic board to avoid damaging the board.
Make sure that the ERO switch on the controller is at the emergency run position.
Make sure that all landing doors and car doors are closed correctly.
Turn on the main power switch.
Observe the indicator on the HAMCB electronic board and check that the input signal is correct:

Indicator Explanation
RUN Flicker: normal remote serial line and the watchdog
+5V On: normal power supply (5V).
DZ On: The car is within the door zone.
DOB On: The door reversing device (front or back door) is operated.
DOL On: Reach door fully open switch
DFC On: closure of door lock and safety chain
DW On: closure of the car door
ES On: emergency button action
Note: After powering on, check relevant circuits and parameters (generally, parame-
ters have already been set before delivery of the elevator) if the status of the indicator
is inconsistent with that listed in the above table.
All installation parameters and I/O parameters of HAMCB have been set before the delivery;
please refer to HAMCB parameter table for details.
NOTE:If you find that there is a big difference between the IO settings and electrical
schematics address table, need to perform the logical part of the parameter initializa-
tion, Enter the menu M1-7, enter the password 654321, select the IO setup options,
generally, the operation has been set at the factory, this menu should be with caution
on the construction site!

6.1 Emergency Run Operation (ERO)
Check that the controller emergency run operation switch (ERO) is at the inspection position
and the car top inspection switch (TCI) is at the normal position.
Use the server to observe (M-1-1-2) the status of input tci, uib, dib and ero, at this time, the
server shall display "tci uib dib ERO".
Inch the up motion button on the ERO box, "uib" displayed on the server shall turn into
“1”,means there is signal input.
Inch the down motion button on the ERO box, "dib" displayed on the server shall turn into “1”.

Note: The distance here refers to the distance when the contact of the limit switch
opens, but not the distance when the limit switch wheel presses the connecting rod.

Magnetism switch
Install and adjust positions of 2 leveling devices, make them have a distance of 60mm, and per-
pendicular to each other, and ensure the magnetic switch is installed in sequence of 1LV and 2LV
from top to bottom. Install the magnetic strip of each floor in the guide rail, to make it located in
front of magnetic switch, and ensure the distance within 20mm from the surface of magnetic strip
to the magnetic switch. If re-leveling function is provided, it requires installing two magnetic
switches, i.e. UIS and DIS . See following drawing.

8.2.1 Put the balanced load into the car (about 45% load)
8.2.2 Adjust positions of the 2 level photo-electric switches (1LV: upper level photo-electric switch;
2LV: lower level photo-electric switch), leave about 60mm between the two switches, make
them be vertical and make sure that the photo-electric switches installed from top to bottom
are 1LV and 2LV respectively.

10 Learn Run
10.1 Before the learn run, use ERO to make whole journey operation and use the server to ob-
serve and ensure that the well photo-electric and forced slow down switch signals are normal.
10.2 When the elevator at the level position, DZ, 1LV and 2LV shall be “1”; when the elevator runs
downwards, 2LV acts first, therefore, 2LV and DZ turn into “0”. The upward running is on the
contrary.
10.3 When the elevator is near the bottom floor, 1LS acts and 1LS turns into “1”; when the elevator
is at the top floor, 2LS acts and 2LS turns into “0”; when the elevator is at the middle floor, 1LS
and 2LS shall be “1”.
10.4 Confirm that "RUN ENABLE" parameter in the M-3-3-1-9 of HAMCB drive part shall be 0 and
"RUN SOURCE SVT" in M3-3-5 of HAMCB drive part shall be 1.
10.5 Push ERO and TCI to the normal position and use the server to operate the drive part
M-3-3-4 to start the learn run.
10.6 The car will run to bottom floor in low speed, and go up in learn run speed. When the car
reaches the top floor level, the learn run finished.
10.7 After the successful learn run, set the "RUN ENABLE" parameter to 1. The learn run para-
meter stores in M-3-1-4 menu.
11 Normal Operation
11.1 Check according to the connection diagram that the address of remote station RS5 and the
pin connection are correct.
11.2 Connect the server to the SVT server interface on the HAMCB board, ensure in accordance
with the parameter table and the input and output table of the I/O interface that all para-
meters in the EEPROM and I/O addresses are correct.
11.3 Use the server to input the call signal.
11.4 Press in order the server's M-1-1-1, then input the call signal and press the number key of
the floor that needs the call. (Key "0" for the first floor, key "1" for the second floor, and so
on)

11.5 By pressing the blue key and then the "ENTER" key, the elevator will run to the call floor.
11.6 Check that all functions involved with RS5 and RSEB work normally.
11.7 Use the server to exclusively operate the Car speed in M-3-1-1 and monitor from the drive
that the elevator runs at the speed specified in the contract. Quence in time when the
elevator normally run is shown in Picture 5;The operation curve is shown in Picture6.
14 Trouble shooting

14.2 Inching operation button, contactor, brake relay and brake open normally, motor doesn’t
revolve , electric current so large “Drive Overload”.
Maybe the problem is the phase sequence that the inverter reaching to the motor is
wrong, we should connect the motor line based on correct ways.
14.3 After self-learning to the top level, the elevator can not work normally.
Check “run enable” ,should turn into “1”,in addition please check well signal whether
being normal.
