 Helping my former manager at Cisco Systems and other founders to launch a new architectural/Engineering
solution for Kaiser Permanente.
 My design enables Kaiser to automate building and managing of new healthcare facilities' planning and
construction by providing modular components for the various hospitals department.

Meta Mar 2022 – Sep 2022

Product/Experience Designer
 Spearheaded product design for Meta's Monitoring & Observability apps portfolio.
 Drove customer research and built use cases and workflows for meta data usage (Metrics, Event Logs, Traces).
 Built robust features to identify, isolate and mitigate anomalies utilizing an effective AI automation solution.

 Lead a UXR and UX teams through research, to ideation, to release multiple use cases including promotions,
vouchers, and segmentation discounts for Intuit tax and payroll products.

Meta (formerly Facebook) Mar 2019 – Oct 2019

Product Designer, Automotive Ad Agencies & Brand
 Sole ownership designing Meta automotive ads initiative ($62B) industry.
 Target goal was to increase the %7.2 Meta market share.
 Took leadership in conducting research series with ad agencies to identify pain points and opportunities.
 Created a product roadmap, use cases, and identified our go to market MVP.
 Engaged multiple automotive ad agencies to pilot the resulting MVP and gather feedback.
 The initial 3 months KPI showed a %4.8 growth in successful creation of multiple objective campaigns and
provided a health check to the initiative.
