The following additional items shall be included in all rigging plan submissions:
Scope of work including copies of construction related plans/drawings
Construction sequence including duration of all phases impacting the structure's strength or stability
Lifting system details

For ALL rigging attached to structure, include drawings/details to identify primary rigging components
and specific attachment arrangements to tower along with imposed loads onto structure

Site layout depicting hoist locations, work face, staging area(s), etc.

*Include any special site hazards and/or obstructions such as overhead power lines, transmitter buildings,
tanks, creeks/streams, etc.

Where applicable, plans shall also include:


Qualified engineer review letter for ALL Class IV plans
Temporary bracing/shoring details
Special load testing, verification, and/or monitoring requirements
Load charts for gin pole, hoists, etc.
Maximum allowable wind limits during construction
Special bracing/shoring requirements should forecasted or actual winds exceeds specified limits
Special procedures and/or details for ensuring a safe work environment during construction
