Introduction of the project:

CreditInfo is an Android application that provides the service to manage the
credit of any small business or person. Writing credit amounts in the diary or book is no
more suitable in this digital world. As carrying a diary everywhere is not a good choice
so there is the need of an android application that can hold all the data related to the
amount that is to be given or taken. As android is the most used operating system in
India that is why choosing an android platform is more suitable.
In CreditInfo a user can record the amount that he/she has to pay or has to take
from someone. Other than that the user can send the message to other user as a
reminder. This application is very useful for the operator of any small business as they
have the long list of credit amount. In the old method there is the risk of data loss, this
app will store data in the cloud so that the user can get the recorded data anytime
anywhere.
Objectives of the project:

1) To provide easy recording of credit data.
2) To provide secure transaction between users.
3) To ensure data privacy of the users.
4) To provide credit information to the user anywhere and anytime.
5) To help small business owners manage their credit accounts.
6) To provide the data security of the user so that they can get their data even if
they lost their phone.
7) To provide easy online payment and can get the payment from other users.
8) To help the user get the balance, amount to be taken and amount to be paid at a
glance.
9) To ensure that the user does not has the headache of managing the credit
account.
10) To record the credit information in a well-defined manner with time, date, amount
and all other required information.
Scope of the project:
This project focuses on the owner of the small business or any individual who
wants to record the credit amounts. And this project is very helpful for any business
owner and any individual in recording their credit amount digitally. This project will allow
the users to get and receive the payment online this will free them from collecting the
payment by physically going to the payers. This application promises to store the data
of every users on cloud storage so that the users can get their recorded credit
information anytime and anywhere and also in case of any accident such as phone lost
or phone crashing, the data can be secured. There is no need to carry the physical
diaries to write the credit amounts as they are very complicate to manage this
application will allow easy recording of credit amounts and also manages the balance
automatically.
The existing system:

As mentioned above in the existing system, business owners or individuals
usually uses physical books or diaries to record the credit information or record the
amount that they has to pay or they will get. This process of recording information is
very old and complicated. The credit accounts are not easy to manage properly and in
optimized manner. There is also the risk of data loss. The person has to evaluate the
account every time he wants to know about the current position of the account.
Proposed system:
Keeping the limitations of the existing system in mind the proposed system
provides the easy recording of data to the users in their Android phones. As the
proposed system is the android application the user can record the data very easily and
this allow easy to manage the credit account. They can get the available balance in real
time without any headache. This system also allow the data security to the users. The
users can send and receive the money online so that the small business owners does
not have to physically visit the person to collect payments. Each and every information
of the user is stored on cloud that is why there is no risk of data loss even if the mobile
phone of the user lost or changed.

Front-end: Android.
Back-end: Firebase.
Software and hardware specifications:
Processor: Intel i3 or above.
Operating system: Windows 7 or above.
RAM: 4 GB or above.
Software: Android studio.
Hard-disk storage: 200 GB or above.
Limitations of the proposed system:

1) The application is not useful if other user is not a user of this application.
2) There may be problem of sending or receiving money.
Future scope of the project:

In future versions of this application we will add reminders of receiving and
sending payments so that the users can get their outstanding payments easily and
within promised period. For example, a user can set the reminder of receiving a
payment from other user on any particular date and on that date the application will
automatically send the message to the user who has to pay and also to the user who
has set the reminder. We will also work on data security, data integration and building
more user friendly UI’s.
Conclusion:
CreditInfo in basically a credit management system which is an Android
application with online payment and other useful features. This allows the individuals to
manage their credit information in optimized manner with easy to manage and use
features. Most of the small businesses has a long list of credit details which are very
difficult task to manage properly. This application will help them in managing their credit
information systematically and holding every information related to the event. The most
powerful feature of this application is that it can send and receive payments online.
