1
DINA: Precisely, Sir Danjo. And now, to share her wisdom and greetings and to give the
welcome message, the Principal 4 of City of Malolos Integrated School – Sto. Rosario,

please, join me in welcoming, DR. HELEN B. AGGABAO.

- Welcome Remarks -

DANJO: Thank you very much, Ma’am Helen for such wonderful message. Before we
proceed, just a short trivia, February is National Arts Month per Presidential Proclamation
No. 683 signed in 1991. The National Commission for Culture and the Arts through its
Subcommission on the Arts (SCA) spearheads the celebration of National Arts Month 2019
with the theme "Ani ng Sining”.

DINA: Interesting! Moreover, #SKL, Mam Helen and Teacher Michael conceptualized the
idea of having a recital at the end of the school year to showcase the homegrown talents of
the students under the music and arts program which have been training for almost a year.

DANJO: Wow! That is such a commitment to their profession.

DINA: This day would not be complete without hearing thoughts of enlightenment and
inspiration from a woman wisdom and dedication. It’s an absolute honor to welcome to the
stage, the officer-in-Charge, Office of the Schools Division Superintendent, ladies and

gentlemen, DR. MERLINA P. CRUZ.

-Inspirational Message-

DANJO: Thank you very much, Ma’am Merlina for such wonderful and encouraging words.
This afternoon is certainly a celebration of talents and skills of our dear special students
who have made it this far. The musicals and arts program opened up a whole new world for
them to prove themselves and to further bring their confidence a notch higher. And to our
dear SPEd students, you should know that your mentors, and your moms and dads are very

proud of you today. They have high hopes for you, and you are making them proud by
showing what you can do.

the achievement of the people who care about them.
