    interest and penalties. Despite several follow-ups and demands you refused and still refusing to
    pay your obligation

    Please settle the above-mentioned amount with our client within five(5) days from receipt of this
    demand letter, or kindly deposit your Vehicle, otherwise , we will be constrained to file necessary
    case against you to protect the interest of our client.

    Kindly give this letter your utmost attention to avoid the rigors nof the court litigation and the
    expenses that come with it.
