ACTION PLAN
A – MAJOR CHALLENGE
- Some of my students who are weak in English find it difficult to join group work
activity. Some of them even do nothing in their group work activity.
B – GOALS
- Students who are weak in English will find it easier to complete their groupwork
activity with clear, specific and concise role. By understanding clearly what they have
to do, they can be motivated to join group work activity.

D. EXPECTED OUTCOMES
- We will know the ways to design Team Roles for group work activity.
- Our students, especially weak students, will be more motivated to participate in
group work activity.
E. METHODS
1. Talk to colleagues.
2. Attend a class and reflect colleagues’ lesson.
3. Survey and interview students.
4. Teach a period to apply the method teaching.
