Josh Technology Group was launched in 2009 and it has
been 13 years since our inception & we have been
profitable from day 1 & aspire to reach new heights. JTG is
a bootstrapped organization that has multiple fully owned
software products. JTG acts as a “Product Builder” for
multiple US, UK & India-based startups. JTG has
successfully created and launched more than 100 products,
spread across various industries, and is working on many
more exciting new ones. We act as CTO offices for various
companies across the globe. When we say CTO offices, we
kind of own the product end to end. We work with the CXO
teams on the product roadmap, on the technology
roadmaps, and we own end to end development of it.

What does JTG do?
We work on only the latest & trending technologies & never shy away from inculcating the
latest technologies in the organization. Currently, we are extensively working on the
technologies like - NodeJS, Golang, Flutter, Java, Python, Django, ROR, PHP, Spark,
Angular, Angular JS, React (JS and Native) DevOps: AWS, GCP (Google Firebase), Azure,
Terraform, Ansible, etc.

We work on projects and products in the domains like Healthcare, Healthcare

eCommerce, Ecommerce, Healthcare Transportation, Fintech, Edutech, and Parking
Solutions.

Our very own software product, Pod.AI is in the recruitment & assessment industry and it
has received an overwhelming response in the market.

Job Specifications

● Joining Date: September/October 2023

● Internship Duration: 9 months
● Work Location: Gurugram/Gurgaon - Work from office 
● Qualifications: 2024 Batch-B.Tech(CS/IT/ ECE), MCA, M.Tech.(CS/IT) and M.Sc (CS)

Employment Package
Internship Stipend- INR 20,000 per month for the Internship Duration.

● First Year Bonus: This bonus will be credited to you in 12 equal monthly
installments starting from your first month salary when you begin your full time
employment with the Company. You shall be liable to return this Bonus promptly
to the Company, if you leave the Company before completion of 1 year from the
effective date of your employment with the Company or there are concerns in
professional conduct, the Company shall also have the right to adjust/set off the
same against any payments due to you (towards salary or otherwise). In case the
performance rating is Below Expectations or you’re put on PIP, the payout of bonus
will be deferred.

● Second Year Bonus: This bonus will be credited to you in 12 equal monthly
installments in your second year of full time employment with the Company. You
shall be liable to return this Bonus promptly to the Company, if you leave the
Company before completion of 2nd year from the effective date of your
employment with the Company or there are concerns in professional conduct, the
Company shall also have the right to adjust/set off the same against any payments
due to you (towards salary or otherwise). In case the performance rating is Below
Expectations or you’re put on PIP, the payout of bonus will be deferred.

● Bond- If the student does not wish to join JTG E-Business Software Pvt Ltd post
successful completion of the internship, or leaves before 6 Months after starting
full-time employment, he/she will be entitled to pay an amount of INR 1,00,000 to
JTG E-Business Software Pvt Ltd. The bond condition is also applicable in case
he/she doesn’t complete the entire internship duration and choose to leave in
between. A signed cheque of INR 1,00,000 in the name of JTG E-Business
Software Pvt Ltd has to be deposited as a security. This shall be returned to
him/her post completion of 6 months of full-time employment.

Role & Responsibilities

● Clarify requirements/identify gaps for features being implemented.

● Work with developers to design algorithms and flowchart.
● Design & implement robust & extensible code modules.
● Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
● Verify and deploy product functionality; deploy to staging servers & assists the
Lead in deploying to the production environment as required.
● Consistently apply team software development process (e.g., estimations, tracking,
testing, code & design reviews, etc.).
● Accurately schedule and track progress, providing visibility to the Mentor as well as
to other team members in an effort to monitor and resolve risk; create end to end
WBS & estimates for modules being implemented. Participate in customer
meetings.
● Assist in fostering the tech culture by proactively sharing the learnings &
experiences.

Required Skill-Set
● Strong analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
● Strong Data Structures & Algorithms.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Should be a self-starter and a good team player with a high sense of ownership.
● Candidates having familiarity with following technologies / tools will be given a
preference: Java / Ruby / Django.
● Open Source Web Development Frameworks: Groovy on Grails, JRuby, Ruby on
Rails.
● UI Frameworks / Technologies - HTML / CSS, YUI, JQuery, Dojo.
● Tools: Eclipse, SVN, Ant, Maven.
● Databases: PostGres, MySQL, Couch DB.
