The name of our project is Greensland Residence
Green buildings enhance the environment and promote resource efficiency.
Greensland Residence is sustainable & cost-effective housing.
Greenhouse concept & solar energy integration for maximum efficiency.
Affordable housing for young buyers.
8-floor building with residential units, gym, playground, and rooftop area.
Solar panels on the 8th floor harness sunlight for energy generation.
Solar energy reduces electricity expenses by up to 50%.
Solar system costs: RM19,000 to RM36,000 (4 kWp to 10 kWp capacity).
Base house prices range from RM500,000 to RM17M, inclusive of facilities.
