f. Tracking Learner's Growth: Teacher discussed the significance of tracking learners' growth

emotional development, character growth, and participation in extracurricular activities.

a. Learners' Needs:
The teacher initiated the discussion by encouraging open dialogue among the homeroom

Meeting Summary:
The homeroom meeting was called to order by Ma’am Arian at 3 pm. The purpose of the
meeting was to discuss and communicate learners' needs, progress, achievement, and provide
an update on the financial statement for the home room project.
Ma’am Arian then proceeded to provide an overview of the students' progress and
achievements. Individual feedback was shared, highlighting areas of improvement and
celebrating successes.
The treasurer provided an update on the financial statement of the homeroom class. The
following information was shared:
● The total funds available for the homeroom class were 200 pesos. This includes funds
collected from previous activities and any additional contributions.
● Andrea Gallardo discussed the expenses incurred during the previous period, such as
classroom materials, and supplies.
