Monarch Validity Setting

This document describes two logic faults in an elevator system: 1. A level 5 Err34 logic failure that requires manual reset and is caused by issues with logic failures or the operating days setting. 2. A level 4 Err40 runs timed out fault that automatically resets when the cumulative working time exceeds the set running time, or the running time setting is set to 0.
