Job Desc
Leading and collaborating projects efficiently across functions and departments, both
locally and regionally.

Lead and conduct sprint planning, daily stand up, and sprint report for developers.

Utilizing sprint planning tools & monitor sprint perfomance and status.

Working alongside Product team to consolidate feature development & have developers
support the set-go live target date.

Able to communicate in cases where go-live target date is not met, the root cause of issues,
and working alongside developers to construct feasible solutions.

Managing and reporting timelines and deliverables.

Driving the project toward completing, with a high sense of ownership and quality.

Anticipating and escalating issues quickly and efficiently, as necessary to allow proper action
or decision.

Basic Requirements
Minimum at least 3 years work experience in software development testing as a Test
Engineer / Software Development Engineer In Test (SDET).

Have deep understanding of Manual & Automation test methodologies and principles.

Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, and test cases.

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Appium, Katalon, Cypress,
etc

Experience in creating automation scripts for mobile app (android & iOS), web and also API.

Strong knowledge of integration testing and load testing using frameworks like Jmeter,
Locust, Gatling, etc.

Knowledge and experience in logic and code scripting.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Knowledge and experience in CI/CD pipeline automation such as Jenkins, etc.

Preferably having strong of knowledge on one or more of programming language.

Hands-on experience with a SCM tool preferably Gitlab, Github and familiar with the
commands.

Good in English both written and verbal communication
