Subject: Oath Acquisition for Dependent VISA

Respected Sir,
With due prosperity, I am writing this letter on behalf of my spouse Mr. Aakash Baral to whom I am duly
and faithfully dedicated for full aid towards his utmost study in Canada. I am working as a beautician in
my country till date and I am fully sincere towards my work. But my husband has requested for the full
guidance with financial and emotional support during his study period in your reputed country. So, I
hereby declare that I am taking the oath for his proper guidance during his educational journey in your
renowned country with maximum financial and emotional support towards him and I am fully dedicated
towards his prosperous and successful career in your country.
We got married on 27th January 2022 on Kathmandu District Court with registration number 1112/079
and took oath jointly that we will love and support each other throughout our life. We had met each other
two years before our marriage in my permanent resident Kankai-3, Jhapa when he was supervising a
bridge site nearby our residence, and from that date our healthy relationship prolonged till our marriage.
Then we decided to tie the knot of our healthy relationship to a marital relationship through court
marriage in Kathmandu District Court as both families agreed to do so. Hence, with utmost gratitude and
sincerity, I take the oath for supporting him in my entire life period and whatever difficulties come in our
path, we will fight with it jointly and will reach the educational goal of his career i.e. the Graduate
Certificate.
I took the upfront medical examination as requested from the Canadian Embassy in NITA Polyclinic &
Diagnostic Center, an ISO Certified Health Center and the Center declared me physically and mentally
fit. As your request, I took the documents to the Ministry of Heath & Population and the Government of
Nepal has certified me medically fit with medical registration number MHP-2079/670391. All the
required documents and charge sheet are attached herewith for your ready reference which are as follows:
1. Spouse Verification Certificate with charge amounting to 1750 CDN.
2. Tax Clearance Certificate
3. Marriage Registration Certificate from Home Ministry
4. Court Marriage Registration Certificate
5. Audit Report of my Spouse
6. Joint Bank Balance with my Spouse amounting to 55000 CDN
7. Property Valuation of my Spouse.
8. Address Verification Documents
9. Police Clearance Report
10. Medical Examination Report
11. Medical Certificate with Regd. No: MHP-2079/670391.
12. Academic Documents
13. Training and Experience Certificates
14. My CV
15. Passport
16. Statement of Purpose (SoP)
17. Oath Acquisition Approval Charge amounting to 450 CDN.
18. Dependent VISA Application Charge amounting to 825 CDN.
To conclude, I have done the oath acquisition with whole dignity and discipline for supporting my spouse
during his academic career and thereafter to the life period and we have faith that the Canadian
Government will approve my Dependent VISA very soon. I strongly admit that I will also conduct all the
works as per the instruction of my spouse and will not breach any law of the Government of Canada.
Hence, I have conducted all the processing for the dependent VISA as requested by the Canadian
Embassy and I declare that I am applying for the Dependent VISA with all the supporting documents
attached herewith with this letter. All the biometrics will be done after the VISA approval as per
Canadian Embassy guidelines.

With Regards
