    A RESOLUTION RE-ALIGNING THE APPROPRIATION OF FROM “SEMINAR


    EXPENSES” WITH A BUDGET OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS (10,000.00) TO “FOOD
    ALLOWANCES” AMOUNTING TO TEN THOUSAND PESOS (10,000.00) OF BRGY.
    QUIMMALLOGONG, SINAIT, ILOCOS SUR.

    “WHEREAS, the Executive Order No. 56 series of 2021 of Governor Ryan Luis V.
    Singson an order placing one of our municipality under Modified Enhanced Community
    Quarantine (MECQ);

    “WHEREAS, in view of the serious threat to the health, safety and security of the
    residents due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Barangay Officials and volunteers of Barangay
    Quimmallogong, Sinait, Ilocos Sur serve as frontliners to implement the guidelines of MECQ
    and to control the transmission of COVID-19.

    “WHEREAS, Frontliners needs food allowances during the MECQ implementation;

    “NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad KENT SALANIO, duly seconded


    by Barangay Kagawad JOVEN IBUS, the Barangay Council of Brgy. Quimmallogong, Sinait,
    Ilocos Sur in a meeting duly assembled

    “RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to RE-ALIGNING THE APPROPRIATION OF


    FROM “SEMINAR EXPENSES” WITH A BUDGET OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS
    (10,000.00) TO “FOOD ALLOWANCES” AMOUNTING TO TEN THOUSAND PESOS
    (10,000.00) OF BRGY. QUIMMALLOGONG, SINAIT, ILOCOS SUR.

    “RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Offices
    concerned for their information.

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
