2. Check Table of Fees for the amount to be paid. (Pls. see table below.)
3. Proceed to any branch of Landbank of the Philippines, secure a deposit slip and fill-
out the following details:
• Account Name: Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
• Current Account # 2472-1006-56
• The total amount to be paid
If this step is inconvenient from you, you may pay through bank transfer online but
avoid transaction with GCash. There are errors reported with GCash.
Take note: Please pay over the counter if online fund transfer does not work to
you. Thank you.
If you encounter more problems for your payment transaction or for other payment
concerns, you may email [email protected] not the registrar office.
4. Accomplish the OUR Request Form for school credentials. (Pls. see the other
attached file.) You may skip the student number entry, if you don’r remember.
7. Once the email is received by the Office of the Registrar, the email will be
forwarded to the clerk-in-charge for processing assuming that everything is in
order. The normal processing period is 5-10 working days but due to the
pandemic crisis, the staff are working on a skeletal basis. So, please give us more
time to process on your request. But as soon as the request has been completed
and the requested documents are readily available, the clerk-in-charge will make a
reply to your email. You may choose to
• arrange for an appointment with the clerk-in-charge to pick up your
documents personally or with your duly authorized representative
with authorization letter and copy of valid ID of the alumni
• pick-up through courier service (to be arranged and paid for by the
requester) with authorization letter and copy of valid ID of the alumni
• or simply send the softcopy to you or to your requesting institution
8. Follow-ups should be made using only one email thread where you sent your request after
15 working days.
9. Do not proceed to PLM unless the clerk-in-charge gave you a scheduled appointment.
