Closing Program Script
Ladies and gentlemen! We have come now to the end of this 4-day School Virtual
In-Service Training. I am certain that everyone is satisfied with the learnings
they gained from this activity. To our PSDS- District I Dr. Osarlo M. Cantos, to
our ever supportive and considerate Principal, Sir Noly B. Francisco, to our Master
Teachers, lively and knowledgeable resource speakers, co teachers. Good
afternoon!
It is evident that since the very first day of this School Virtual In-Service
Training, we were already bombarded with abundant information starting from the
projects presented, crafted with unique titles and ideal programs by the school’s
promising coordinators. The second day of the training became more intense and
interesting as teachers from the Primary shared their best practices and
strategies in teaching Reading. That was awesome! On the third day, the speakers
were able to remind us of the child protection policy, learning intervention and
remediation, and get refreshed in using DepEd e-mail account and classroom
management routine. And just a while ago, we were again amazed and refreshed by
the workshop presented by our lone speaker about the use of other Google Apps
which are necessary for our daily teaching in the new normal.
And as we come closer to the end of this training, we heard some useful tips which
we can use to improve our work as a teacher.
At this juncture, allow me to call one of the assets of this school, not only when it
comes to teaching, but also in singing and poetry to share his impression. Let me
call in Sir Magno B. Honorio, Jr. (Virtual Clap)
The most anticipated part of the training has finally come, which is the Awarding
of Certificates to be led by the equally talented and handsome Master Teacher II
of WRES, Sir Gerry T. Sabangan. (Virtual Clap)
At this point, may I request everybody to unmute your microphone and show our
appreciation to the excellent speakers by giving them a virtual round of applause.
Thank you very much!
Our dedication to our work means spending not only an ample amount of our time,
effort, resources, and money, but also showing empathy and compassion. And
because of these, we are committed. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the
smart and ever gorgeous teacher, Mam Fiorela A. Montecastro to deliver our
commitment. (Virtual Clap)
Thank you very much Mam Ella for sharing your commitment with us with
conviction. We are truly blessed with committed teachers in West Rembo. It
seems that every one of us is ready to win this battle altogether.
At this point, allow me to call in our hardworking, kind, and charming E-Qatame
Associate, Mam Mary Grace DR. Buhay for some messages.
I am delighted to see smiles on your faces now that we are getting closer to the
end of this training. And I know the joy you are feeling right now because at last,
you can get yourself a good sleep. I won’t delay the time for you.
Now, let me call on our very own Master Teacher, our Grade VI Consultant, the
equally smart and intelligent, Mam Guia F. Jumawid to give us her closing remarks.
We have come to the end of this program yet our exciting journey for this 4-day
training has just begun.
An American author named Lyman Frank Baum once said, “No thief, however
skillful, can rob one of knowledge, and that is why knowledge is the best and safest
treasure to acquire.”
