plate structure, and glass tubes,
graphene alloy tubes or silicon carbide

dew point corrosion temperature to delay
or avoid the low temperature dew point
corrosion failure.

 02- Fully Welded Plate Heat Exchanger

Fully welded plate heat exchanger is composed of heat exchange core, girders, side panels, upper and lower head, baffle plate,
sealing gasket, support, etc. The heat exchange core is fully welded plate stack, and the side panel is connected by bolts, which is
convenient for disassembly. It is a new generation of efficient heat exchange equipment that combines the advantages of removable
plate heat exchanger and shell-and-tube heat exchanger. It can meet the needs of heating, cooling, condensation and waste heat
recovery in the process of petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, shipbuilding and other industries, and has a wide range of
uses.

 03-Air Cooled Heat Exchanger

Product introduction:

Finned tube air cooler is composed of three main parts: tube

bundle, fan system and steel structure. The horizontal finned
tube bundle guides the process liquid or steam through the
inside of the finned tube. Finned tubes transfer heat from the
process fluid to the air bypassing the tube fins. The fan can
be placed below or above the bundle to push or pull air.

Application:
suitable for cooling almost all single-phase and two-phase
fluids in upstream and midstream oil and gas industries,
downstream power or various other applications.

Product structure:

• The tube bundle is placed horizontally, and the blower or induced draft fan pushes the air vertically through the tube bundle
• Can be configured with single or multiple fans
• Fan is powered by motor
• Steel structure can be galvanized or painted after welding
• Other structures can be provided according to customer requirements, such as automatic shutters, hail/insect screen, service platform,
sidewalk and ladder.

The plate channel spacing is a key indicator that affects blocking. At present, even for clean fuel, the plate spacing is still not less
than 10mm, and in special cases, it is up to 35mm.

Too low flowrate can easily lead to dust deposition and growth, and suitable flow rate has certain preventive effect on dust
deposition. Our experience is that when there is a large amount of light dust, the design flow rate is above 10m/s.
Product Proposal -Expansion joint at high temperature section

Due to the different materials and structural shapes between the frame and the core body, the core body in the
high temperature section with the temperature higher than 300 ℃ is prone to large uneven thermal expansion,
resulting in the tearing damage of the welded joint.

The expansion joint specially designed for the rectangular core can effectively absorb the thermal expansion stress,
and can also operate safely on hydrogen production (operating temperature 600 ℃) and other devices.
