Method of operation

Air comesthrougha microflter intothe ilrst stage,is compressedand leaves

throughthe heat exchangerintoa water/ oil separator.A shortpipetakesthe
air intothe secondcylinderand is futhercompressed, leavingagainthrougha
heatexchangerand the secondwater/ oil separatorand thencompressedin
the thirdstageto the finalpressure.The air then goesthroughthe aftercooler
and intothe molecarbontilter.The purifledair goesthrougha safetyvalveand
intothe pressuremaintaining valve,there to the air manifoldand fillinghoses
or if requiredintoan extemalflllingpanel.

Installltion

The compressorshouldbe connectedby a qualifiedlicensedeleclrician.

NOTE:. Checkdirectionof rotationimmediatelvafter the first stad.
lf directionof rotationis wrona the oil punp will not pump oil to the third staoe
and the gistonmav cease! Furthermore the unitwouldnot be cooled.
Whenfacingthe frontof the compressorthe directionof rotationshouldbe
anticlockwise. ( checkarrowon motor)
Placecompressornot closerthen0.5mfromanywalland ensuregood
ventilation.

The timeris locatedin the switchboard compartment and ac{ivatesthe dump

tubes. We recommend the useof a 20 litrecontainerto collectthe condensate.
It can then be deDosedof likediscardedoil. The drainnoiseis keptto a
minimum witha silencer.
