Here are the steps I took to change my desktop background and add my name and student ID to it: 1. Right click on the desktop and select "Change Desktop Background". 2. Click on "Pictures" and select the image I wanted to use. 3. Click "Open" to set the image as my background. 4. Right click again and select "Desktop Preferences". 5. Click on the "Background" tab and select "Picture" from the options. 6. Click "Select File" and choose the same image again. 7. Click on the image to select it, then click "Edit". 8. Plagiarism 
Plagiarism is the presentation of work which has been copied in whole or in part from another person’s work, or from any other
source such as the internet, published books or periodicals without due acknowledgement given in the text. 
 
Collusion 
Collusion is the presentation of work that is the result in whole or in part of unauthorized collaboration with another person or
persons. 
 
Where there are reasonable grounds for believing that cheating has occurred, the only action that may be taken when plagiarism or
collusion is detected is for the staff member not to mark the item of work and to report or refer the matter to the Dean. This may
result in work being disallowed and given a fail grade or if the circumstances warrant, the matter may be referred to a committee of
inquiry for investigation. Such investigation may result in the matter being referred to the University Discipline Committee, which
has the power to exclude a student. 
 
Upon placing signature above, I certify that I have not plagiarized the work of others or participated in

A) List of steps to install Ubuntu


1) Download the LTS version of Ubuntu 20.40.
2) Get Oracle VM Virtual Box downloaded.
3) In Virtual Box, click 'New' button to launch a dialogue.
4) Type a name for the new virtual machine.
5) Accept the default 'Create a virtual hard disc immediately' and click 'Create'
button.
6) Continue to accept the default 'VDI' drive file type and click 'Next' button.
7) Click 'Create' button and VirtualBox will construct Ubuntu virtual computer.
8) Now the virtual machine is formed. We are ready to install Ubuntu in this virtual
machine.
9) Select your new virtual machine and click 'Settings' option. Click on 'Storage'
category and then 'Empty' under Controller:IDE.
10) Click "CD/DVD" icon on right hand side and pick the ubuntu ISO file to mount.
11) VirtualBox may pop up a message about 'Auto capture keyboard' option. Read the
message there and check 'Do not show this message again' option before clicking
OK.
12) Back to Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager, click on the new Ubuntu virtual
machine and hit 'Start' button. Now you shall see a 'Welcome' screen. Click
'Install Ubuntu' button
13) The Ubuntu is ready.

B) Change the background of your Desktop Environment which print your name and student
ID on it.
