• Prepare Reactor or Vent Recovery System equipment for maintenance
including isolation, draining, steaming, and other procedures as required.
• Perform reactor and VRS start-up and shutdown routines as per SOG or
WIP.
II. Extruder Technician
• Solid and liquid additive charging.
• Prepare Degassing system, and extruder equipment for maintenance
including isolation, draining, steaming, and other procedures as required.
• Conduct Extruder start-up and shutdown routines as per SOG or WIP.
• Perform Screen Pack Change when needed.
• Observe the quality pellets and do necessary troubleshooting if needed.
III. Day Technician
• Coordinates and expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between
sections or departments, according to production plan or department priorities,
and compiles and maintains manual or computerized records.
• Reviews production schedules/plans and related information and confers with
department supervisors to determine material requirements to identify overdue
materials and to track material.
