Eligibility for 20+ Guaranteed Interviews

• Education: Any graduates from a recognized University or accredited institution are eligible for 20+
guaranteed interviews.
- Candidates should not be having any current backlogs in their graduation.
- Candidates are eligible for the career services only after graduation completion.
- Candidates with graduate through Distance Education / Open Universities will also be
considered for 20 + guaranteed interviews.
• Attendance: Candidates are expected to have more than 80% attendance to be eligible for the job
interviews.
• Assignments and Project: Completing min 50% of all the assignments and 1 capstone projects based
on your choice of industry is mandatory. Note: Assignment and Project submission before deadline is
mandatory and only those submissions will be considered.
• Technical Mock interviews: Technical mock interviews will happen 3 times during the course and
scores will be given module wise. It is mandatory to attend all the technical mock interviews and get
an overall rating of a minimum 60%. Note: following the deadline is mandatory.
• Resume Building sessions: Resume-building session will be conducted as part of the program.
• Guest Lecture: You are required to attend the guest lectures to stay connected with the industry.
• Job location: There is no guarantee for job location preference.
• Camera: You are expected to switch on the camera is mandatory throughout the course and failing
to do so, you will not be eligible for career services.
• Certificate: The format can be changed at any point of time during the program to match the
industry standards. This includes certificates from StarAgile and any other certification
bodies like IBM.
• Participants using abusive words will be removed from the program without any notice.
• For any unforeseen situations training duration may get extended beyond the committed deadlines.
• StarAgile reserves all the right to change the structure of the program at any time and the same will
be intimated with the candidates.
• All interviews which are a part of the program will be scheduled only after the consent of the
• candidate and it is mandatory for him/her to attend these interviews referred by StarAgile. The
refund clause will not be applicable if the candidate is not interested in the job references given by
StarAgile or does not attend the interviews at the scheduled time.
• Due to unforeseen situations, trainers may get changed at any point of time during the program.

Career Services Guidelines

1. Career Services will start from the day of the completion of your assignments, projects, technical
mock interviews.
2. If a candidate has got any experience in another domain, he/she will be considered as a fresher in
their respective domain. Candidates can expect interviews only for associate-level roles.
StarAgile cannot guarantee any interviews for senior-level roles with higher packages.
3. The average salary would be in the range of 4-6 LPA or even more which purely depends on the
hiring organization, supply and demand.
4. When a job opportunity is floated, candidates are expected to apply and be available for the
interview. If a candidate is not available for an interview for reasons like traveling, etc. the same has
to be communicated to the career service team well in advance.
5. During the entire career service process, candidates should use a single email address for all
communications. Also, candidates are expected to be available / reachable by email /phone for all
communications from the StarAgile career service team.

6. During the placement process, candidates should not communicate directly with the recruiting
company unless otherwise it is authorized by StarAgile to do so.
7. If the student rejects the offer made by the recruiting company (after participating in the
recruitment process organized by StarAgile) further placement assistance service will be withdrawn.
8. A student having once applied to a company will not be allowed to withdraw from the selection
procedure at any stage, unless a final offer from another company has been received.
9. Some companies may want the selected candidates to attend the preliminary or final interview at
their office. The career service team shall pass on the information received from the organization
to the candidates. The candidates are expected to make their own travel, boarding & lodging and
any other arrangements at their own cost unless the company agrees to reimburse certain costs.
10. If the offer letter is sent directly to the student, a copy of the offer letter has to be given to career
service within three days of receipt to ensure smooth career service experience.
11. Not applying for 3 consecutive interviews, your profile will be kept on hold.
12. Not attending the interview after scheduling, will be considered as part of 20 guaranteed interviews.
13. There is no work from home (WFH)/Hybrid/any other arrangement guaranteed.
14. StarAgile does not encourage false data or fake experience to be mentioned in the resume. If found,
they will be removed from further guaranteed interviews and will be blacklisted internally.

If you have successfully completed the Program with the terms and conditions of Career Services including
assignments, projects, and technical mock interviews and have not yet received 20+ guaranteed interviews
within the Career Service period (6 months from the day of completion of your assignments, projects, and
technical mock interviews.), then you are eligible for refund and may request for such refund of program
tuition fee.
