family...

Trunk- What and who are you? How founded are you? Your strengths and weaknesses, your temper,
and your unique characteristics.

Branches – How do you reach out to others? Who are the people who greatly influence you now?
Why? How is your relationship with others, friendships, acts of kindness, and service?

Fruits – What have you achieved so far or consider your achievements? Your successes, joys, and
growing moments (problems that you solve or overcome).

Leaves – What attitude or maybe weaknesses that you want to outgrow/overcome with at this moment
in your life?

Guide Questions for personal reflection:

1. How did you feel after recalling your roots and working on your family tree? Can you name
the experience? Why?

2. What insights did you gain from this experience of looking at your roots and your journey?
