EDPMS Offline – Clean Installation Guide

Here are the recommended hardware requirements for EDPMS Offline:


Equipment Minimum Specification(s)
Workstation Processor:
Pentium Dual Core or Higher @ 2.0 GHz or higher
Installed:
4GB RAM or Higher
Operating System
Windows 7 or higher
Internet Browser
Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
(Updated Versions)
Internet Speed 384 kbps or higher

 Local Configuration File

Steps:
1. Access the Online EDPMS, use any recommended internet browser, type

https://edpms.doh.gov.ph on the address bar, then press [Enter]

2. You’ll be asked to enter the Username and Password

3. At the HOME PAGE,

a. Click the link DOWNLOAD EDPMS OFFLINE INSTALLER V39 – CleanInstall

b. Click the link DOWNLOAD CONFIGURATION FILE

c. Downloading the file will take seconds or a few minutes depending on the internet

connection.

4. Locate the file in your computer The downloaded file is saved by default at the Download folder.

5. Double click EDPMS Offline Installer v39 - CleanInstall.exe

a. Destination folder should be C:\ and click Extract

b. Wait until the extraction progress is complete

6. Click the Windows "Start" menu and type "Windows Explorer or File Explorer."

Windows Explorer opens.

On the left side of the window is an icon named "Local Disk (C)"

Double-click that icon to view the contents on your "C" drive.

7. Check if you’ll see folder named - Department of Health

Double click the folder and check the content.

8. You may now proceed on “How to upload your LOCAL CONFIGURATION FILE” on Page 3

How to upload your LOCAL CONFIGURATION FILE in the EDPMS offline?

1. Click the Windows "Start" menu and type "Windows Explorer or File Explorer."

Windows Explorer opens.

On the left side of the window is an icon named "Local Disk (C)"

Double-click that icon to view the contents on your "C" drive.

2. Locate the folder named Department of Health and double click

3. Locate and double click on the USBWEBSERVER.exe file

4. A usbwebserver windows pop-up. At the usbwebserver windows, a green check icon indicates that

Apache & MySql is currently running.

5. At the usbwebserver window, you may click the link LOCALHOST. This will redirect you to an

internet browser and load the EDPMS offline login page.

For manual access, using any internet browser, type localhost:8081/login.php on the address bar

then press [Enter] to access the EDPMS offline login page.

6. To load your configuration file, click the button SETTINGS

7. Under User Management tab, click the button CHOOSE FILE and locate the downloaded
configuration file. See previous installation guide instructions.

8. Click UPLOAD.
9. Wait until the pop-up message displayed “Successfully Uploaded User Account” and click OK
button.

10. You will now see the user/s list on the right side of the user management page

11. After successfully uploaded user account, at the LOGIN PAGE, type your username and password
in the corresponding boxes, then press [ENTER] or click on the Login button

12. At this point you are now ready to encode your drug price data.
