EXTERNAL TEST PROCEDURE

1 The lab received information regarding the new style/new color from development
2 The laboratory makes a list of samples material and FGT
3 RND send samples material and STR from supplier, FGT
4 LAB confirm to buyer regarding sample new style for external test
5 Buyer define test method for the test of the sample
6 The laboratory creates shipping documents to the EXIM department
7 Send sample to designated Third Party
8 After the results are released:
If OK: Lab makes tracking monitoring external test
If NOK: The lab tracks STR (raw material) from the supplier and then checks the production process
and internal meetings with related departments
9 Delivery external test must be conduct every new style for test bonding slip resistance, and GB Test on stage DTA.
GB Test color priority sample : black/white/any high risk color
