Instructions:
1. Write your Surname (Group members) in the given box provided.
2. Check the completeness of tools, materials, and devices.
3. Attach two (2) different wires on each terminal of the receptacle.
4. Mount the receptacle at the center of the lamp frame using screws.
5. Attach the plug at the other end of the wires.

6. Make sure that the two cables do not touch each other.
7. Install the LED lamp.

Instructions:
1. Write your Surname (Group members) in the given box provided.
